Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

BoatLife, LLC ("we," "us") operates the website at boatlife.club and the BoatLife membership application process. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

When you apply or express interest — on our website, or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, your city and country, details about your boat (such as length and home harbor), and any information you choose to share about your boating background and referrals.

How we use it

Where your information is processed

BoatLife, LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information there. If you contact or apply to us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. By submitting your information, you understand it will be handled as described in this policy. Where local law gives you additional rights over your information, we will honor them — just email us.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run BoatLife (for example, our form and email tools), and where required by law. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, that information is provided to us by Meta in accordance with Meta's terms and your settings.

Data retention & your choices

We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and manage membership, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. You can also unsubscribe from our messages at any time.
